Takalot online order
Since my first one star rating on my online order which was completely messed up by Takealot, I have had excellent service & help to correct their error, by staff members, Jaleel and Karla. They both came forward and definitely 'stepped up to the plate' in helping me to get the problem resolved. We're not quite there yet but almost...... I'm hoping it will all soon be finalised and I may adjust my rating due solely to the great attentive service from Jaleel and Karla.
