Takalot ****mers

Got ****med. Here's how: I purchased an item using a voucher and chose to pay the remaining in cash on delivery. Here is specifics so that you can understand. I had a voucher of R200. The item I purchased was R392. (Free delivery on my 1st purchase) When the item arrived I was told by the delivery person to pay the full R392 in cash. First ****. Open the package and the item was incorrect. It was picked up again by Takalot. My account was only refunded R192 and the R200 voucher. Purchased another item while on emails trying to get my R200 back. I had to pay courier fee now (not my 1st purchase anymore) also not my fault that the 1st purchase was incorrectly delivered. The order was canceled by Takalot and I now only have R192 and the courier fee back in my account and the R200 voucher. But I paid R392 on the first item and R200 using my voucher. So the *********** people there cannot assist me getting my money back. I recommend no one to use these ****mers as they steel your money. I will continue to share my experience on social media and on the app and will tell everyone I know about this. I am leaving my next commend on the google playstore rating the app as well. Hope everyone reading this take informed decisions to rather use other companies for purchasing items online.
