Takalot' 'daily deals'

Ordered a set of luggage on 19 August from Takealot . The specific colour ( pink , not a common colour ) was on a Daily Deal promotional price on that day. (Still not cheap)A totally different set in a brown was delivered . I requested an exchange for the original set I ordered . Phoned them 3 times, send multiple emails and photos on their request, with no response! Had to phone them again. Then they claim that no stock is available , and want to refund me. On their website however , the specific colour IS available , but not at the price I ordered. They said they didn't use that supplier anymore, but use ACE now. I checked under Ace and saw the heart from wishlist under ACE's products. It is not the first time this has happened. They make mistakes and send wrong products and don't want to replace. Am starting to see a pattern here. Fed up with them not taking any responsibility and their total lack of being held accountable, just shifting blame.
