Takalot are a great company with really good staff
I have purchased a number of items recently from Takalot in Cape Town. There service and delivery etc is excellent.<br> One of the items turned out to be faulty about 20 days after i purchased it. No problem. Phoned Takealot and they asked me to log a return which I did. The next day I went to their wharehouse in Milnerton to exchange the item.<br> I was attended to by a young lady, Shannon van Rooyen who knew exactly how to sympathize with my having to return the item and how to attend to the exchange. It only took a few minutes to do the paper work and I walked out with a replacement item without further hassels.<br> Thank you Takealot!
