Takaelot making empty promises on no delivery after guarentee

The worst experience of my life I have ordered a tv over takealot.com and was then given the option for same day delivery or next day i chose the option for the next day as i took leave to be home for the delivery because my wife is pregnant Payed on the 25th of May 06:50 received my invoice were delivery was guarenteed on the 26th of may Friday 26th of May no delivery made contact with takealot.com and they informed me that the tracking systems are delayed and the tv wil be deliveres on the 27th nothing happened just excuses and they are inveatigating the logistics team and they wil revert back to me never done it i had to follow up myself sunday 28th they dont do deliveries but same storie they are sorry and investigating Monday 29th of May i received a sms that delivery will be done on the day cancelles my appoitnments for the afternoon went home just to see on the app that the parcel was delivered to the wrong courier facility No delivery happened followed up phoning in ,facebook messaging and emailing it was discovered that the parcel is at PTA North branch 2 kms away from my house and thay they cant deliver the item is too big,they cant deliver the item is to heavy,they cant deliver it must be sent back to a bigger branch so they can deliver i also agreed that i will more than willing fetch it myself at pta north but according to the workers its against procedures Well geus was i have phoned out more than R500 airtime still no tv its the 1st of June and just excuses the whole time this is the most **** service i have ever received in my life Order number ***
