Tajealot service qaulity going wrong

I ordered a bag sealler, which comes in a set of 2. One was faulty and I returned both. Today I received 1 item back and the return is closed.

I also ordered a 500W ice crusher. I received a 300W and returned it, requesti g the 500W unit. I was then credited. I then ordered another 500W ice crusher abd received it, but the bowl was of bad quality and not as per the picture advertised. I returned it and is waiting for a replacement.

This is realy bad service from Takealot. It used to be ok, but it is seems to be going south.
