Tadealot return policy worthless

Takealot declined my return as the plastic around the box in which the product was delivered was removed. The box itself is unmarked and I therefore had to open the box to realize it was the incorrect product. I am now stuck with an expensive product for which I have no use. I did not open either of the bottles and they could easily have returned the product to their supplier. I will never buy from them again as their return policy is worthless.
