Tacky takealot

I recently ordered 4 items fro takealot.com and my order was through and delivery date assigned for early next week this order as they were Xmas gifts. Without my knowledge and the one item I ordered was cancelled. I just received an email today to inform me of the cancellation when the order is due. How do you not know how much stock you have? Why take an order/advertise goods that you are not sure are in stock. This is not the first issue I have had with take alot, I bought 3 lights and only 2 worked properly I sent them back and while I was on holiday they were sent back as is because the "charger" was not sent as well. This happened with a toothbrush I ordered as well, a driver was sent to my door for a AAA battery which he himself was livid about due to the waste of petrol. I can think of one more occasion as well. Takealot started off very courteous and reliable but has failed to live UK to the "smile" motto. Lately not just myself but a few friends as well have been extremely disappointed with their service. How do I get the belts I ordered as they are now at a higher price and I refuse to pay for separate deliver as my items fell under the free delivery umbrella. Really not impressed with their standards or practice methods for the past few months. I need a resolution as none of this is my fault.
