Tablet Devices sold with broken seals

Bought a Samsung Galaxy S3 Tablet on Take Alot. I peeled the seal off the box, only to find another seal underneath that had been cut opened. The device was returned. When we received the new Device, the same problem was experienced. Under the seal was another seal that had been cut.
