I never used the voucher at all we got vouchers at work,I loaded it on my account and I kept it there knowing very well I will make a purchase when Scholl re-open in July now I get told voucher was used on the 15th January 2025 but due to popi act they can't give information who's account was it bought under, 1st I'm making an enquiry on my own voucher 2nd voucher was under my account

I don't understand why I can't get information as to who used my R500 voucher,if they not able to give information clearly this is an internal thing were staff check clients account and how often do they login to check their balances and if you take long and not monitoring your account they get into it and use the funds and protect themselves based on the reply they have me of POPI ACT. I need my R500 back to my account before I escalate this matter further,
