Suspicious identity theft

I signed a contract for part-time driver for Mr DFood at Takealot Benoni Hub on the 1st of September 2021. I submitted all relavent documents as requested and I also paid for ******** check and they took a photo for my driver app. All people who trained with me started working already after signing the contract and I am not. I tried to reach to the lady by the name of Bokang apparently she is the one responsible for that kind of stuff and she kept on promising that she will check the status of my application. Now recently she is ignoring my text and she doesn't answer my calls without any reason. I don't have a problem if they can't add me to their team but I'm scared that someone might be using my identity. I just want someone who can help me investigate that because I heard it's possible someone people ***** identities. Something is fishy with this Bokang because she can't tell me what was wrong with my application. Last time she said everything is perfect they will call me as soon as possible to start with deliveries. I think someone who don't have pepers is using my identity because I spoke to some guy who is the driver there and he was able to check on their app, my name appears on the drivers list. I want Takealot and Mr D see this review because I tried contacting them via emails and they don't reply.
