Suspicious Activity at Takealot

3 x R100 MTN vouchers have been purchased using my Takealot credit. My Takealot login requires 3rd step authentication of biometrics, both on my mobile device and laptop pc. My accounts and passwords are all secure. A debit / credit card was used to pay a balance and Takealot will not provide the details, or even acknowledge that. The credit was used/******, the EXACT day it was loaded.....???? Only Takealot can monitor the account..>!!!
