Suspected *****ulent activity at Takealot

I placed an order for an expensive item yesterday, received a payment confirmation from TA, money has been deducted from my account BUT! This morning I received an email from TA telling me that the payment is outstanding. Of course, naturally, they are not available telephonically and one is expected to chat to a bot regarding *****ulent activity.
