Surprise Immigration Farewell Ruined due to Atrocious service from Takealot.

Made an online order for a farewell gift on the 15th November. I was informed of the Delivery time on the 20th November, which is after the farewell occasion on the 17th November. I immediately tried to cancel my order due to the delayed delivery Jade Jenniker and Adrienne Knight were totally useless in assisting with a simple cancellation and credit on my account. I have never received such unprofessional service after spending thousands of rands on purchases with Takealot.
