Supports the sale of un original items!

I would rate takealot has zero if there was an option. I bought baby formular from takealot, when I opened the item, I noticed that the colour and the texture of the formular was inconsistent with the formular I usually use. Even the size of the formular tins differ. I was concerned and hesitant to give this to my 2 month old baby. I informed takealot of the issue and was told that the item can't be returned for a refund as it was opened. How else would I have known there was an issue unless it opened the item! I even sent Boniswa pics to show the differences in the item I usually recieve compared to this one. But no help recieved!
