Support Centre is lazy

I contacted the support centre when I placed an order as the picture on display of the product did not match the description or price(doubled the price of the picture). Support Centre assured me I was getting the description(more expensive product) not the picture(1/2 the price). Needless to say, I received the wrong product which I paid double for.

Roughly 20 days will pass and it becomes my problem to fix their ****** up. What bothers me is that I specifically contacted the support centre to confirm the query.
