Supplier Misusing Information

I always had the best experience with them until recently. I ordered a phone from them and when redeeming the promotion with Samsung, was told the IMEI number was already used to claim. I did not do it and the only other person who had custody of the phone was when Takealot shipped it. No option on the app to lodge a complaint for agriefed customers.
