SUPPLIER FRUSTRATION WITH TAKE A LOT

i am a supplier to Take A lot I have emailed a query to them over a month ago The person I am emailing keeps telling me that they are working on it I have just called their supply help line and have been told that there is a back log and there is no eta as to when this query will be resolved I find this very frustrating
