Supp**** something that was not ordered RRN-O6BDX-PPXM

I bought a Russell Hobbs biltong maker (list price R1200, paid R750) when it arrived, it was a Salton unit (list prive R429). I complained about the dishonesty of this and got a reply that they will look into it. Got a reply today "Regrettably, we no longer have stock of this item in order for us to investigate the matter or replace the item." What ******* is this?! Now they will credit the item once they have received and reviewed it.

This is dishonest conduct, or false advertising! How can you advertise something, take a customer's money and then supply somethings at less than half the value?!
