Superbalist - No support available, online or phone

Experienced payment issue and completed the online form "Get in touch with us". Whenever you try to submit it, it gives an error message "Oops, Something bad happened. Please try again or contact us." This happened several times. Then, I tried to call. After 5 minutes, I had to put down the phone. So, issue unresolved. Item not purchased.
