Superbalist giving Takealot a really bad reputation - Worst Experience ever!

Why is Superbalist not responding to any of my complaints on Hellopeter or to any of my emails? I also contacted them last week and the call center simply said they are not available before 8am and after 5pm, but I called them at 3pm. When I tried to arrange an exchange refund on the wrong item delivered, it states that they no longer accept refunds for this item.

My experience with Takealot have been okay, but 2 orders with Superbalist and both times they delivered the wrong shoe size. How does Takealot associate themselves with Superbalist? I am convinces Superbalist is a s c a m !!
