Superb Service Level

We always post and comment about bad service in this country and never take the time to commend people or entities for excellent service.

What a great company to do business with!!!

I recently had an issue with a product purchased 4 months ago, and the return process took less than 2 days to conclude.

Takealot, arranged collection of the parcel at my house, and not even 24 hours from date of collection did I receive; texts and emails from them informing me of the outcome.

They credited my account, and I ordered a new product today with ease, and no hassle at all. Efficient, productive, informative and professional on all possible levels.

What a wonderful company to do business with.

Thank you so much for not providing a typical sub-standard South African level of service.

This is what we need more of in South Africa. Companies who strive on service excellence with proper communication channels.
