Superb response and service

i ordered a new phone from Takealot last night. After placing the order and making the payment I decided I wanted the upgraded version with more memory. I emailed Takealot and requested to upgrade my order. They responded first thing this morning and credited my account within a couple of hours. So I could order the upgraded version and just pay the difference. Thank you Takealot for such fast and efficient service.

I have had a few issues with the company previously a while ago but they have definitely improved immeasurably and now have all their ducks in a row! Kudos to Takealot!
