Super Takelot for great service

Recently I placed an order for some kitchen smalls online. Upon opening the packages I discovered that some items were damaged in transit. I contacted Takealot helpline straightaway and arranged for a pickup the next day. I received an email every step of the way confirming where they were in arranging my refund . Two days later I was refunded in full and I was really very impressed that despite the Covid !9 pandemic and obvious staff shortages a superb service experience was still possible.
