Super, super bad customer service

Very, very bad service! I have place an order and when it was delivered the first time, it was completely the wrong product. I returned the parcel and requested the correct item to be send. Twice more did they send me EXACT SAME incorrect product. Takealot makes it so hard to communicate with them abd I have send 7 e-mails and requested on 2 other platforms to be contacted. No contact. Today I have send the exact same box they have send me THREE TIMES back and requested a refund. I will not recommend Takealot to anybody and ordered the same thing from Amazon. Let's see how that goes.
