Super speedy delivery, always helpful

Last week Thursday on the 18th of June I ordered a Western Digital 4TB RED hard drive and a Fractal Design node 804 from Takealot to build a NAS server. The case was in stock with the supplier with a 3-5 work day lead time to order. <br> <br> The case was delivered on Monday afternoon (which is fantastic as I don't have to spend this coming weekend building the system as the delivery was scheduled for this coming Friday), but unfortunately the order was marked as delivered despite the hard drive not being delivered. I phoned Takealot and without even waiting in a queue a friendly agent called Sthembisa answered and I explained the situation to him. He assured me he'll sort everything out and on Tuesday morning the hard drive was promptly delivered.<br> <br> A special shout out to Sthembisa for sorting out the issue and of course to everyone who was involved in the super speedy delivery of both components (which by the way are awesome and way cheaper at Takealot than anywhere else).<br> I recommend you to all my friends and I still do because you back great products and prices with great service.
