SUPER DISAPPOINTING - TRY TO EXPLAIN TO A CHILD WHY THEY NOT GETTING GIFTS FOR CHRISTMAS

On black Friday I decided to do my Christmas shopping for my small ones. First off i bought 8 items of which one was cancelled without proper notice ( I saw the item was cancelled when I tracked the progress online). When I called the call center I was told that the supplier did not have anymore stock, but when I placed the order it did not state out of stock. They then tried remedying by trying to sell me a bike almost double the the price of the initial one I placed my order for. Today I finally received my order just to find out that they send me adult camp chairs instead of a Children's battery operated ride-on-bike. It is super frustrating that when you place the order takealot is quick to make sure your payment goes through but when you have a issue they either have an excuse or take for ever to respond to your logging.
