Super Bad Service

My item was collected however the driver was in a hurry and forgot the other item that goes with the first then takealot promised that it would be picked up today 30/06/2025 and was not picked up.

This is very bad service and they do not even compensate you for your inconveniences you experiencing i would like takealot to take responsibility for their actions
