Super bad refund Service and poor product quality

I have returned bad products on the17 December, its the 22nd today. They told me it takes 3 to5 days after the return, now today i was toldit would take another 3 to 5 day for my refund. This is bull, and bad service. I need this refund money to buy other presents for my kids, takealot just dont give a **** about there customers

I will never make use of take a lot ever again
