Super Annoyed.

Terrible service I was sent a message saying that my parcel would be delivered on the 04/12/2020. After contacting them they said there is a delay and it would be delivered on the 07/12/2020 Needless to say I have not received the parcel and they conveniently now only respond via email due to covid 19
