SUGGESTION

I am an ongoing customer of Takealot, and have tried different options of delivery, either delivery to my home or office. I have also tried their collection option. Their ordering process is very easy and straightforward and their tracking option for the delivery is very transparent. What i have a grunt with is their period of response on delivery return. they should allow more time when you need to return any product, especially when you are having problems with DVD's.
