Sueing is the only option left!

Disgusting customer service from Takealot. After ordering something for R 15 000, order got cancelled. They refuse to refund us. After speaking with several customer service representatives (including Michali. R AND Tamara. M) they refuse to help. We have no choice but to involve lawyers. Will not let this go!
