<p>Once again takealot does not fail to disappoint. Firstly you need to stop making use of false advertising bull****ting your customers, why state you can do deliveries on Sundays if you just cannot commit to it? That’s like me offering to do heart surgery yet I am in finance?!?!</p> <p>I bought a lawnmower combo set YESTERDAY afternoon before midnight (as stated on your site) and paid the extra fee in order to have it delivered, after numerous calls you keep telling me Mr Delivery only came at 13:00 to collect my package from your warehouse 5KM FROM MY HOUSE, then after a massive struggle to get the details for Mr Delivery as you seem to be passing the buck I finally got a number, phoned them, only to find out from MR Delivery THAT YOU ONLY RELEASED IT TO THEM TODAY AT 13:00?!?!? Even though my credit card pmt reflected immediately.</p> <p>Now you want to pin the blame on them yet you are ***********.</p> <p>Such a shame it seems its best to rather not do online shopping until such a time as we have a better supplier than takealot as takelatot seems to rather want to rip you off, as mentioned I do not want a R100 credit on my account as this really is the LAST TIME I am going to waste my time with you I want a refund, as in the money back on my credit card, you offer useless **** bogus services as you cannot commit to it and then want to give me all sorts of excuses also your arrogant supervisor telling me that I mustn’t think because I asked for Sunday delivery means I will get it in the next morning is also not very professional. As I had to deal with your courier people myself to find out what was going on……</p> <p>Had to go and collect my parcel myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was now the second and LAST time Takealot takes me for a ride, you can go to hell. And I will make sure anyone I know who even thinks of buying online gives you a miss.</p>
