Such bad service!

On 27 July 2020, I bought a notebook but almost immediately arranged a refund as the notebook was not sufficient for my use. We arranged pick-up of the notebook as well as a refund. On 29 July they picked-up the notebook but as on 7 August 2020 no word yet on my refund - NOTHING! I logged various tickets regarding the refund but they only respond with "we will look into it"

I am so disappointed as I am a huge Takealot fan but in the future, I will rather just get in my car and go to the mall - I will not make use of Takealot again - eager to take the money but not so eager to refund.

I am so disappointed.
