Such a horrible service in this difficult times...

I have placed an order on the 1st of May and it was suppose to be delivered on the 7th of May. Guess what i still don't have my order and to top it all their "Help" is not really helping cause no one is answering my email while they are lines are disconnected. Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on really???
