Substandard products delivered with no return possible

I bought a product in good faith from Takealot. The wrong product was delivered by the vendor. Upon trying to return it, it shows non-returnable (printer ink). Furthermore there are many complaints on Hellopeter regarding this vendor. Still Takealot just keeps on selling this product: https://www.hellopeter.com/ink-warehouse I now paid a lot of money for ******* and can not get rid of it.
