Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Orders Delivered Twice

I am really dissatisfaction with the recent order experiences I’ve had with them. Unfortunately, I have encountered the same issue twice in a row, where my orders were incorrectly delivered. I placed an order and when I received the package, it contained a totally different item/make that was not what I had ordered. I immediately contacted customer support and was assured that the issue would be resolved. Hoping that the issue would be resolved - after the first incorrect delivery, the second delivery was made, and the exact same incorrect item was delivered for a second time. This was after I specifically pointed out that I did not want that item. However, once again, I received the wrong item in my package. Again, I logged it with the customer support and they are still trying to resolve.

This recurring issue is frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the inconvenience it causes. I rely on the company for accurate and timely deliveries, and it is disappointing to face the same problem twice without a quick resolution.
