Sub-standard service received

<p>Sub-standard service received from my recent dealings with take-a-lot. Delivery was only delivered more than a day after the scheduled date. Unprofessional call operators when trying to enquire about my purchase. They were however quick in responding to my concerns after sending them a complaint. Unfortunately I was addressed as Ian which is not even my name and as a bonus there are items missing from my parcel and will now have to be returned. I suppose things happen but never the less I am fairly annoyed at this point.</p>
