Sub-standard products being supp**** to customers

I ordered a product based on the reviews I read. When I collected the product it did not work as expected. This was the second time that this happened with such an item but this time I noticed that the supplier was different from the product that I ordered. Instead of AFR Earldom it was BWOO. The product is a simple C-type female to male adapter and on each occasion I end up losing what I paid on the collection fee even though my account get’s refunded with the item’s cost. On each occasion I drive to to collection point to pick up the item and have to drive back to return it.
