Stupidity & Incompetence

I bought a tablet & had it returned to Takealot due to the reason that I gave them & then subsequently it was returned to me from Takealot, now I have spoken to 3 different people at Takealot advising them that the item was collected in Cape Town but for some Stupid reason they decide to have the item collected in JHB, how does that happen? the level of Incompetence is staggering, I made it crystal clear even when they called me & on e-mail I gave them the address where the item had to be collected from but still they want to collect it in JHB, I'm dumbfounded by the Stupidity of whoever it is that said it has to be collected in JHB as oppose to Cape Town. I just don't understand what is difficult in understanding that the item has to be collected where it was delivered, do you need a Degree to understand that? Takealot can you explain that to me please because I don't understand.
