STUPID FOOLS

I Placed an order yesterday and selected next day delivery and it was confirmed that it would be delivered today, called them today because when i track the order on their app its now showing that it will be delivered on the 11th because they failed to pick the item on time, no apology NOTHING!!!, 3 flippen days after my son's birthday, what the heck do i tell my child why he doesnt have a ****** gift. the staff are so freaken insensitive and just dont care.... absolutely ****** ridiculous service!!!!
