Stupid Delivery address system.

I used to enjoy buying stuff through takealot, but thanks to the idiot who changed the way the delivery addresses are mainteined, I can no longer do ANY orders through takealot. The address I used NEVER had a problem and the delivery people didn't have any problems finding the place. When I tried to make an order earlier today, I was forced to update the address. The system now requires me to place an icon on google maps to tell them where I am. Problem is, when I place the pin GOOGLE GETS IT WRONG. It shows an address not even remotely where I am, and there is no way to bypass this *******. I sent an email to Takealot technical to delete my user profile as I can no longer order stuff reliably through takelot. the consultant who sent the mail did not even bother to try to find a solution or escalate the query to the idiot who broke it in the first place. Just said, 'Sorry for the inconvenience' and 'we'll delete your account'. the consultant may just be doing the job, but if this is takealot's business strategy, their business may well drown in their idiocy. May your idiocy catch up to you!
