Stuffed up delivery - RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS!

<p>You guys are a major let down - very disappointed. I placed and paid for an order on the 30th November - ALL items said "shipped in 5-7 working days", which was great because then I would have ALL my Christmas shopping done in one go with you guys and ready for when we go away on holiday on the 16th December- what an absolute pleasure. My order was only scheduled for delivery on the 19th December!!! What happened to the 5-7 days? we leave the 16th December and your call centre agent was only too happy to cancel my order as quick as she could instead of giving options so that I could possibly get my order before we leave or change the delivery location to where we are on holiday. Now, I will need to do all my Christmas shopping. You guys really stuffed up! I was relying on you to make Christmas Shopping online easy and a pleasure and something enjoyable!</p>
