Study desk

I bought a wall mount study desk for my daughter's birthday. It was a gift to her. I was at work long hours and my wife wasn't well. On the following weekend I got a chance to help her assemble it. When we open the box we found a few panels where cracked and logged a return. Takelot collected the damaged product however the replacement item was the old desk. Even more damaged with no fastening bolt. I logged another return item. They collected it. A few weeks later sent me a replacement. It was the same damaged desk with more damage to the corners from loading. I can't seem to find a competent person to speak. They not returning my email. R2500 down the drain. I will never recommend anyone. Takelot . Their moto takelot of money. No service at all.
