stuck with non working toy

i bought a child toy tablet which was deliverd on the 2020/05/25 and it was not working i immediately logged a return which was supposed to happen the following day i must say the lady who was suppose to collect it had a very bad attitude she told me she is not far shes near and i should send somebody to meet her as she can not see the place while the child was on her way i just received a message saying she tried to get hold of me but she couldn't,, now im stuck with something thats not working and and cant log another return hence it says ive already logged it...
