Stuck with a faulty Television

Bought a television online, and I got the best delivery, but it worked for 2weeks and just decided to have a blank scree with only voice. Logged almost 3tickets for reschule for return collection, never received any reference to show that it's been receive nor email. When I log to the site to track for the returns, it shows no activity done.
