Stuck in the middle

I bought a Lenovo laptop though Takealot on 25/11/2022 and just cannot get my warranty date updated to the purchase date, Lenovo wants the invoice in a certain way and Takealot does not seem to be able to comply. Stuck between a rock and a hard place. Think before purchasing Lenovo product from Takealot. Now I have no warranty.
