Struggling to cancel order

Recently ordered 3 items, paid for it. Shortly after, requested to cancell all 3 and refund money. After numerous attempts, they cancelled 1 item, contacted them again, they cancelled 2nd item, now trying to cancel 3rd item. Said that it is already at warehouse and I have t o wait until the item is marked as "no show". Also the money has not been refunded, as requested, but they transferred it into "takelot credit".
