Struggling 18 days to get my order

<p>I ordered on 25 November, it was a order of 5 items. Received item 1 Desember called several times about my other parcels. Got NO feedback what so ever on my enquiry. Just that their gonna escalate to skynet. After another few phone calls they assured me that my items will be delivered, I got 3 of the other 4 outstanting items on 6 Desember. I phoned again about the last item that is still outstanding. 9 Desember they told me the gonna escalate to skynet again and I haven't heard anything from Takealot. My items should have been delivered on 1 Desember, today is the 13th Desember and I still don't have all my items. This is UNEXCEPTABLE!!!!! I will never order something again from Takealot. Tired of them saying the can't do anything about it, really bad service!</p>
