Struggle to get refund

I ordered an item from Takealot and paid extra for same day deluvery. I only got the item 3 days later. I then decided to return the item which was collected immediately. It shows my refund was processed and approved on 30 December. Till date I received no refund. According to the proof of payment from Takealot, the refund was done in an bank account which is not mine. I was not even contacted to confirm if the account is correct. I need tthis sorted ASAP!!
